We want you to be fully satisfied with your Burn Boot Camp apparel and gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn merchandise. Please note that nutrition products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a notification that your return is in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
